This is a video of the start of my trip to Muli in 2003, flying from Sydney to Lijiang. There I did an interview with the venerable Dr Ho, the self-promoting herbal doctor and one-man tourist attraction. His clinic is at Yuhu, the Naxi vilage where Joseph Rock used to live in the 30s [when it was known as Nguluko]. Dr Ho claims to have known Joseph Rock and even learned English from him.
