Kangding's Catholic Church

I'm not sure if this is still one of the "most imposing Christian churches in the region" [it's probably the only major Christian church in the region]. But the "Kangding Tianzhu Tang" does have the wierdest colour scheme! Blue spires, green railings and red pillars make this a somewhat psychedelic vision.

The church occupies a prominent place in the centre of town, half way up the main street on the riverbank.

I will post later on the Catholic church at Cizhong on the banks of the Mekong near Deqin in Yunnan.
